  • A lovingly crafted printed workbook (mailed to you free of cost), along with a PDF downloadable version of the workbook. This workbook was a passion project of mine and is 162 pages of Ayurveda tips, recipe ideas, lifestyle practices, journal prompts, and meditations to support your wellness journey with Ayurveda.

  • Module recap emails are delivered right to your inbox every 2 weeks throughout the “Journey to Self.”

  • Ojas, the vitality of life! Life is meant to be enjoyed, and having healthy Ojas (vitality) allows us to ride the highs and lows of life while remaining joyful in our experiences.
