This bundle is perfect if you have high levels of Pitta in your Prakruti (Dosha type), your environment has high levels of Pitta, or if you are in the Pitta phase of your life (puberty to menopause).
According to Ayurveda, the Summer months represent the Pitta time of year. The Pitta Dosha is composed of the Fire and Water Elements, with Fire being the most dominant! The Pitta years of life can be heating and drying, burning the candle at both ends and filled with deadlines and commitments. Pitta Love Body Oil (60 ml):
Ingredients: Coconut oil, Rose petals, Passionflower, Coriander, and Shatavari.
Directions: Apply a few drops onto the skin and massage with love and intention. Heat the oil between your palms or in a warm water bath to deepen your Abhyanga practice.
Hair and Scalp Love (100 ml):
Ingredients: Coconut oil, Rose Hips, Hibiscus, Gotu Kola.
Directions: Use a few drops to tame flyaways or treat dry ends; it can also be used as a beard oil! For a deeper practice, part hair and apply a few drops on the scalp. Massage gently with love and intention. Continue until all areas of the scalp and hair are coated. Wash hair with a gentle soap after 1-12 hours.
Nasya Nose Oil (20 ml):
Ingredients: Almond oil, Eucalyptus, Gotu Kola.
Directions: Apply a few drops to the palm of your hand, rub gently with your pinky finger to warm the oil, and apply to the inside and around the nose if irritation exists. Breathe deeply and honour the body!
Tummy Love Roller (10 ml):
Ingredients: Almond oil, Orange, Peppermint, Ginger, Juniper, Cinnamon essential oils.
Directions: Apply to the abdomen and gently massage in a circular pattern, starting on the lower right side, across the top of the abdomen, ending on the lower left side. Breathe deeply and connect to the body!
Forest Cleanse (10 ml):
Ingredients: Almond oil, Sage, Cedar, Juniper, Eucalyptus essential oils.
Directions: Cool your jets and cleanse your energy! Apply to the wrists, temples, under the nose, or on the third eye space to clear and ground your energy and purify the energy around you. Breathe deeply, and let that shit go!
